role: designer, art direction
Stacks House, a "pop-up with a purpose," set out to make financial literacy fun and engaging. Over the course of five weeks in Downtown LA, we transformed an 11,000-square-foot space into an immersive experience focused on education, empowerment, community building, and play. In addition to the physical experience, we developed a comprehensive brand identity and a dynamic digital campaign, featuring a diverse mix of strong women, activists, and creators. The campaign garnered over 200 million media impressions, with coverage from major outlets including NBC, Forbes, HuffPost, The New Yorker, Refinery 29, Cheddar, MSN, Bustle, Broadly, Yahoo Finance, Goop, BizBash, Mitu, Betches, Uncover, and OK!, among others.
As a designer and on-site production lead, I played a key role in bringing the space to life. I created custom typographic treatments, designed interactive elements that encouraged audience participation, and oversaw on-site propping and styling. My work ensured that every detail aligned with the brand's identity and goals, helping to create an environment that was both visually impactful and meaningful for attendees. The result was an experience that successfully blended fun with financial education, leaving a lasting impression on both visitors and the media.
