In 2022, I had the opportunity to design a series of custom illustrations for a high-profile Microsoft announcement video showcased at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. The project required visuals that captured both the innovative spirit and the human-centered approach of Microsoft’s message. I hand-drew each illustration, ensuring that they conveyed the right balance of creativity, clarity, and technical sophistication to align with the brand’s vision.
The illustrations were designed with animation in mind, so I worked closely with the Microsoft team to ensure my hand-drawn elements could be seamlessly animated. Every detail, from the composition to the flow of each drawing, was carefully crafted to allow for dynamic motion that would enhance the storytelling in the final video.
